Introduction of the Springer company

Mr. Birnbaumer from Springer Maschinenfabrik GmbH visited us, the 1E Industry-Class of the HAK Althofen on February 17th. He presented the company in a very interesting and engaging talk.

Springer was founded in 1952, is a family business and the CEOs are Timo and Gero Springer. They have 700 employees worldwide and their locations are for example in Canada, Sweden, Finland and Italy. They produce tailor-made machines and conveyor systems for the woodworking industry. Mr. Birnbaumer showed us two videos about a new machine called ED 3000 Wrapper and about IOT Platform.
